After over 20 years in the painting and coatings industry there isn't much I have not encountered. I have made a career out of making quality recommendations for long lasting applications. The key to a long lasting finish is understanding why coatings fail and taking steps to minimize failure and extend life.

The cost of a floor coating can vary widely. Some of the factors affecting the price are the quality of coatings used, desired appearance, level of durability required, condition of the slab prior to prep, level of prep required for your system selection. In general, a coating installation will range from as little as $3 Per square foot up to $10 per square foot or more depending on requirements and size.
A consultation to discuss the project and talk about a solution. A written estimate will give you an idea of the project cost and time required to finish the job.

The first thing that needs to happen is to determine why the concrete is spalled. The top layer of concrete is the weakest part of the slab so it is also the first part to fail. The spalls are usually caused by salt migrating through the slab and reacting with minerals in the concrete. The answer is two part, stop the spalling and fix the spalling. Often times repairs can be noticeably different in appearance from the rest of the slab so it may be necessary to stain or coat the slab to provide the aesthetics you're after.
Successfully floor coatings jobs require great attention to detail, extensive cleaning, and proper mechanical abrasion through the use of a grinder or a shot blaster. Concrete can be tricky to coat. Not all floors are the same. Proper prep and top quality coatings installed by an experienced installer is the key to longevity.
Yes! There is no job too small. It's worth a conversation. In fact, I am well suited for small jobs.
